William A. Tucker Endowed Scholarship

Established by Mr. William A. Tucker to support deserving African American students with special consideration given to students enrolled for a minimum of two semesters, with a minimum 2.5 GPA; political science majors with characteristics of service to the community and the University; and residents of Hampton, Newport News, or Tidewater.
